This Medical Disclaimer applies to your use of Protocol / Stay on Protocol, including our mobile application, website, and related services. By using Protocol, you acknowledge and agree to this Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use Protocol.

01Protocol Is Not Medical Advice

Protocol is a personal tracking, logging, scheduling, inventory, reminder, and research organization tool.

Protocol does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, dosing recommendations, safety recommendations, clinical guidance, or emergency services.

Any information displayed in the app is for informational, organizational, and user-directed tracking purposes only. It should not be interpreted as medical advice or as a recommendation to start, stop, increase, decrease, combine, inject, administer, purchase, obtain, or use any medication, peptide, hormone, supplement, compound, research chemical, or other substance.

02No Provider-Patient Relationship

Using Protocol does not create a physician-patient, provider-patient, pharmacist-patient, clinician-patient, or healthcare professional relationship.

Protocol is not a doctor, clinic, pharmacy, telehealth provider, compounding provider, medical device, prescription service, or healthcare service.

We do not prescribe, supply, sell, compound, source, verify, endorse, recommend, or approve any medication, peptide, hormone, supplement, compound, research chemical, vendor, clinic, pharmacy, provider, treatment, dose, route, frequency, schedule, or protocol.

03User-Entered Information

Protocol may allow you to enter and track information such as protocol names, compound names, dose amounts, schedules, dates, times, logs, notes, inventory, vial information, reminders, and adjustments.

You are solely responsible for all information you enter into the app. Protocol does not verify whether user-entered information is accurate, complete, safe, legal, medically appropriate, sterile, effective, contraindicated, or suitable for you.

The app may display calculations, reminders, schedules, inventory estimates, summaries, labels, or logs based on information you provide. These features are organizational tools only — not safety checks, medical instructions, clinical recommendations, or professional review.

04Consult a Qualified Healthcare Professional

You should consult a licensed and qualified healthcare professional before making any decision involving medications, peptides, hormones, supplements, injections, research compounds, treatment protocols, dose changes, discontinuation, combinations, side effects, symptoms, lab results, or health conditions.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking medical care because of information entered into, stored in, calculated by, or displayed by Protocol.

If you have questions about a medication, compound, supplement, protocol, symptom, adverse reaction, lab result, or health condition, contact a qualified healthcare professional.

05Emergency Warning

If you believe you may be experiencing a medical emergency, adverse reaction, overdose, allergic reaction, severe side effect, injection complication, mental health crisis, or any urgent health concern, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.

Protocol is not intended for emergencies of any kind. Do not rely on Protocol for emergency care, urgent medical decisions, or time-sensitive health issues.

06No Safety Guarantee

Protocol is not designed to determine whether any protocol, dose, compound, medication, supplement, peptide, hormone, research chemical, or treatment is safe, effective, legal, appropriate, authentic, sterile, pure, properly labeled, or medically necessary.

Protocol does not check for:

  • Drug interactions
  • Contraindications

  • Overdose risk
  • Incorrect dosing
  • Unsafe schedules or combinations
  • Injection safety
  • Product authenticity or sterility

You are solely responsible for obtaining professional guidance and independently verifying all information before relying on it.

07Research and Tracking Use Only

Protocol may include references, labels, categories, educational summaries, or user-created notes related to compounds, peptides, hormones, supplements, medications, or other research topics.

Any such information is provided for general informational and organizational purposes only. It is not a recommendation, endorsement, instruction, protocol, medical claim, or treatment plan.

Protocol should be used only as a tracking and research organization tool. It should not be used to self-diagnose, self-treat, avoid medical care, or make unsupervised health decisions.

08Assumption of Risk

You understand and agree that health-related decisions can involve serious risks, including injury, illness, adverse reactions, complications, legal consequences, hospitalization, permanent harm, or death.

You assume full responsibility for your use of Protocol and for any decisions, actions, or omissions related to information entered into, stored in, calculated by, or displayed by the app.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Protocol and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers are not responsible for harm, damages, losses, injuries, medical consequences, legal consequences, or other outcomes arising from your use or misuse of the app or your reliance on any information in the app.

09Accuracy and Availability

We aim to provide a reliable tracking experience, but we do not guarantee that Protocol will always be accurate, complete, available, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Notifications, reminders, logs, calculations, schedules, and inventory estimates may be delayed, missed, inaccurate, unavailable, or affected by device settings, operating system behavior, user input errors, software bugs, network issues, or third-party services.

You should not rely on Protocol as your only record, reminder system, safety system, or source of truth for important health-related information.
